Jim Schoenberger
With more than 40 years in the marketing, communications and entertainment industries, Jim Schoenberger served CSK Auto, Inc. as vice president – marketing, with budgets of over $50 million.  As an advertising agency president and marketing officer for major U.S. specialty retail, retail banking and restaurant chains, Jim’s Clio-winning advertising campaigns have broken new ground in the presentation of products and services.  He was a founding partner in William James Communicators, a marketing and corporate communications firm providing strategic planning, creative development and production.  The entertainment industry has always been an important part of Jim’s personal and professional life as well.  Jim served as director of audience development for America’s largest professional resident theatre and has completed production and management assignments for Disney and Twentieth Century Fox.  Through his film and video production company, Brandemonia, Jim produces commercials for national brands and corporate presentations for major international companies. 


Don W. Watson
Don has over 25 years of multi-unit retail operational, administrative, and financial experience, and served as the Chief Administrative Officer of a publicly traded company with   $2 Billion in retail and commercial sales. Don has also been instrumental in acquiring or selling 18 businesses ranging in sales volume from $1.2 million to over $170 million. As a part of these mergers and acquisitions, he was intimately involved with the financing of the deals. Don is well-versed in financing negotiations and has developed strategic business plans instrumental in the successful closure of those transactions.  In addition, Don has overseen the successful integration of acquired companies and provides management consultation to client companies in this regard. Attending Harding University, Don studied finance, marketing and accounting.
